Pre-Searing lvl.20s
Right after entering the Game, I saw many very-high-leveled characters running around Pre-Searing Ascalon, many of which had intracate armor. How is that possible? I thought you didn thave acces to new armor until Post-Searing?
Also, What's someone's best advice to get alot of money? I find myself scrounging around everywhere for money. I knokw in Morrowind, if I were to go around and just kill Nix Hounds and sell thier hides to mercants, it would take FOREVER to get alot of money. I asume you have to get some artifacts from high-leveled creatures you kill, then sell it right? Mercants in this game always give you next to nothing for your goods though... what am I to do? Also, where's a good spot to get some good armor for a Nec/Warrior? |

You start raking in alot of gold after lvl 14 because of drops that you sell to people. Although you can get 20-30 gold for each wand/artifact you find later on too, since you'll be finding at least 10 or 20 things you don't need. You'll find armor too to sell.

The level cap is 20. Don't take that as a sign that the game is crappy though. Level means next to nothing, except a few more hp and a few more attribute points. I know level 13's that can do stuff that level 20's die repeatedly attempting (lornars pass).

I still want to know his main question, how did lvl 20s get to pre-searing? Its impossible. Even if you lvl all the way up to the point where you get no exp from monsters anymore and THEN do all the quests, you still wont make it even close to 20. Someone please explain this.

the only time I ever saw High levels characters back in presearing was during the beta when it bugged up some of your characters and reset all missions and quests. I eneded up back in pre-searing Kingdoms world as a level 18 Ranger... (they have since capped kingdoms to lev 15) and saw a few others it happened too (kinda of sucked cause the entire map reset also)... The only thing I did was run and do the northlands to kill every char in there... then I went to the academy to get back to where I belonged... As far as I know that particular bug was not around again... but it may have popped up from an err or something... make sure you report it, with a screenshot, and /bug report...
